Opening Times

2013 Summer Season: 25 March- 31 October 

The castle and gardens is open 7 days a week, from 9.30am to 5.30pm (last admission 4.30pm)

Please note: The last admission to the castle is 1 hour prior to closing time. This is to allow visitors sufficient time to enjoy the full extent of the tour before the castle is closed for the day.  

Early Closures

Due to events at the castle over the next few months, the following closure will be taking place: 

Saturday 18 May- castle closed for private event (last entrance to castle tour at 1pm). The castle grounds will remain open to the public until 5.30pm.
