Children's Activities at Blair Castle
Families are very welcome at Blair Castle and there’s always lots to do.
Children's Tours take place on the following basis:
- Saturdays throughout the season.
- Everyday throughout the Easter and Summer Holidays.
Children's tours are included in the Castle and Gardens ticket price. Bookings in person only on the day at the castle entrance hall.
Tour duration: approximately 30 minutes.
Age Suitability: The tour is aimed at children aged 5 and above.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and numbers are limited.
Family activities include Tractor Rides around the grounds and gardens and the farm, with your guide being a member of staff who has worked on the land and can provide detailed information along the way.
These rides are a great way to see more of the estate and learn about our organic beef and sheep farm, our forestry work and how we look after the wildlife and livestock of the estate.
Rides take place every Saturday and Sunday and every day through the Summer holidays.
Rides start from 12noon, check timings on arrival.
Tour duration: approximately 30 minutes.

Cost: Adults £2.00 and Children £1.00
The Castle also has a fantastic woodland adventure playground under the canopy of some huge trees, the perfect environment for childrens' imagination as well as fun.
