School visits are welcome throughout the year at a cost of £3.50 per child for primary school pupils and £4.60 per child for older pupils. Areas of particular interest include nature walks, deer park, a collection of children’s games and pony trekking. Teachers can visit free of charge to prepare for booked school visits and the Estate’s Ranger Service can also be asked to provide a tour of the Grounds with emphasis on nature and conservation as part of the day.
